Heart / Chest PainChest discomfort with sweating, breathlessness or pain spreading. Call 112.Not Breathing / UnconsciousUnresponsive and not breathing normally. Start CPR.StrokeFace droop, arm weakness, speech trouble. Note the time and call 112.ChokingCannot speak, cough or breathe. Back blows and abdominal thrusts.Severe BleedingPress hard and do not stop pressing. Call 112.SnakebiteKeep still, immobilise the limb, reach a hospital with antivenom fast.Breathing TroubleSit them upright, help with their own prescribed inhaler, call 112 if severe.Severe AllergySwelling, throat tightness, breathing trouble. Epinephrine and 112.BurnCool with clean running water. Never use ice, butter or toothpaste.Electric ShockSwitch the power off first.
